Havens Happy Clubs

Havens Happy Clubs have been up and running very successfully for over three

years at Kempton House, Peacehaven on Tuesdays, at West Quay Day

Centre, Newhaven on Wednesdays and Seaford Baptist Church, Seaford on

Thursdays.

We aim to reduce isolation and loneliness through interaction with

other members, creating friendships and stimulating senses through our daily

activity programme.

All our Happy Club members can expect a warm welcome, friendly fully trained

staff, a delicious home cooked two course lunch, and amazing activities during the

morning session that include male and female singers, Dementia Singing

Experience Sussex, Magic shows, Pet Pals Therapy, Craft mornings, and Art Therapy

to name a few. The afternoon is dedicated to more tea and coffee and biscuits

while we have a Brain Training session, heavily disguised as fun and games.
