We’re delighted to welcome Alison to our café team!

Having recently retired, Alison wanted to give something back to the community, and we’re so grateful she’s joined our volunteer team.

Today she’s been busy in the kitchen, baking this delicious chocolate & orange cake made using surplus ingredients. A perfect example of how surplus food can be turned into something wonderful.
